great staff but unclear charges

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the outstanding staff who really made me feel at home. I received a helpful follow-up text, which is rare in my experience, ensuring everything was to my liking. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options, and the staff there were also very attentive.

I was charged $25 without a clear explanation, which left me a bit confused.

I can’t believe how dated the decor felt!!! The towel hooks in the bathroom were practically non-existent, making it inconvenient to hang anything!!! Housekeeping really needs to work on their attention to detail. it was disappointing.

Additionally, the hotel's business center featured efficiently arranged meeting rooms equipped with essential amenities, facilitating quick and effective work sessions.

Noise disturbances from nearby rooms can be disruptive.

The indoor pool with the waterslide was a total blast for the kids! 🏊‍♂️ The staff were friendly, but the noise from upstairs made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

I had a delightful stay with my family, and the standout feature was the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome right from check-in. The water slide was a hit with the kids, and the spacious room added to our comfort. However, the cleanliness of the whirlpool could have been improved as it looked a bit neglected during our visit.
